Ordering process and delivery

Email, call or mail me, letting me know what you would like and including your contact and delivery details.
I will get back to you with a delivery time and price. Once your payment has been received your order will be sent.

Usually there is a lead time however sometimes items are in stock and can be forwarded promptly.

Freight charges
Postage is charged at cost plus $5 for secure packaging. Prices may change without notice.
But as an indication current freight charges, including secure packaging, are:
$25 for North Island destinations and $20 for South Island destinations. If you are ordering two or three trugs, depending on their size, they will likely fit in a single box therefore the cost will be the same as for one only.





Visiting Oamaru?
I am usually at the Red Sheds near the Penguin Colony by the Oamaru Harbour. It is best to contact me in advance if you have a specific visit time in mind, so that I can try and be there for you.

Buying a Trug while in Oamaru
My trugs are also displayed and sold from both Slightly Foxed Bookshop in Tyne Street and the Crafted Gallery in Harbour Street.  Both are well worth a visit while you are looking around the Historic Precinct in Oamaru. Crafted features locally produced art and craft.
